There are so many options when it comes to small business assistance, so I have listed a few of my most commonly offered services here. If you are looking for a specific task that isn't listed here (and not in my Services I Don't (Currently) Offer section, please feel free to email me and we can chat about your project!
Services I Offer
Social Media Management
Social Media is such a common part of our daily lives that not having profiles is detrimental to a business. Although it may not directly result in increased sales, having an online presence allows customers to scope you out ahead of time, get to know you and your values, and plan their purchases accordingly.
Website Maintenance & "Design"
A good website can be the make it or break it for a purchase. If you have a slick design, but no checkout functionality, you're losing sales. On the other hand, a basic looking website that has beautiful function will not catch people's eye. I can help you transform your website into a beautiful and functional place to help increase sales.
Administrative Tasks
Emails, voicemails, comments on social media. When does it ever end? Let me take some of that off your plate and filter through the easy-to-answer and spam questions. Anything that is in need of a more detailed answer, that you can handle.
Why I Call Myself a Web "Designer"
I don't like to refer to myself as a web designer, I think that puts more emphasis on aspects of my abilities than is actually true. I have been called a web designer by clients before, which is why I say I offer Web "Design" as an option.
In my eyes, a web designer is someone who can craft a website from nothing more than a few lines of code and a hosting platform. I am not that skilled and I would get lost if I was tasked to do that. I take existing websites and make them better, through editing the back end functions that already exist. I can take a basic template and make it personalized (like I have done with this website) but starting from absolute scratch, that's not my jam.
Pricing Plans
These pricing plans are my most commonly requested services created into packages. I am more than willing to work with you on your personal needs to find a plan that fits both of us.
Note: I don't have online payments set up on this website, so once you've selected the package you would like to go for, send me an email and we will get started.
I send invoices through a system called Bookipi on the 22nd of every month, due on the 1st of the following month. For example, I do work for your business in January. I send an invoice on January 22nd. Invoice will be due on February 1st. This provides us both with some wiggle room to ensure that fees are being paid on time while also giving you a bit of leeway on making sure you have the funds to pay me each month.
Payments are to be made via e-transfer (if you live in Canada) or PayPal (USA and International).
All fees are payable in Canadian Dollars.

The ultimate package for your small business social media needs.
This package is my personal favorite because it provides me ample time to create cool content for you, manage comments and inboxes without feel like I'm being stretched for time, and ensure your profiles are top-notch.
What this package includes:
1) Up to 2 social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram. If you don't have one of these platforms, I am open to discussion on posting on other platforms.
2) 12 posts, 3 per week (unless otherwise specified). This includes me making the content for the posts, writing the caption, and finding the best hashtags to include. This also is the number of posts per platform. Typically they will be the same post shared to each platform, but in certain circumstances I can change the posts up. I will also share all posts to stories as well as share relevant stories from other businesses and customers.
3) Comment and inbox management means that I will monitor your comments and inboxes and reply to messages at least once a day. I will also engage with those who leave comments on your posts and comment on relevant accounts to increase engagement.
4) As mentioned above, I will create the graphics and post them for you. If you have specific images you want to use or if you live in another area and I don't have the ability to take photos of your products in person, please provide me with product photos so I can incorporate them into my feed planning.
I know this could be referred to as a basic package, but I never want to make anyone feel bad for not being able to afford the ✨deluxe✨ version of something.
This is a well-rounded, classic package that offers exactly what you need and nothing you don't.
What this package includes:

Services I Don't (Currently) Offer
These are tasks I am not currently comfortable offering, but please check back as I am attending some online courses for Digital Marketing, and as my skillset gets stronger I may feel confident enough to offer these services. I also have a good community of fellow freelancers, so if you are looking for a recommendation of someone who can help with this, let me know!
HTML/CSS Coding
If you are looking for someone who can code you a beautiful website from scratch, I am not your girl! I love coding, and have absolutely dabbled with it in the past, but I am not skilled enough to be able to offer it as a paid service.
Google Ads / Other Paid Ads
At this point in my career, I have only dabbled in paid ads and do not feel comfortable enough with them to offer them as a paid service.
